To purchase items in our gallery please email us at info@sabaidesignsgallery.com or go to the item that you are interested in, click More Information, then Inquire and provide your details.

 

We will then send you an email with the cost of shipping to your country and answer any questions you may have. Once payment has been received, we will dispatch your item/s within two days. We will confirm that your order has been sent and provide you with a tracking number and any other relevant details.  Comments left by customers can be found on our testimonials page.


All prices quoted are in US dollars, which can be converted to any currency using the

exchange rate on the day of purchase. We accept payment by:

  • PayPal (which accepts payment by Visa and Mastercard)
  • Direct bank deposit - customers can make payment by bank deposit into our Australian Commonwealth bank account. Please contact us for details.
  • International wire transfer - all fees incurred are to be paid by the customer

We offer the following shipping options:

  • FedEx – approximately 3 - 5 days
  • International Courier - approximately 5 - 7 days
  • International Registered Airmail - approximately 7 - 14 days
  • Registered Economy Airmail - approximately 3 - 5 weeks
  • International Sea Mail - approximately 3 - 4 months
  • Commercial Shipping (min. one cubic meter) 4 - 6 weeks

Once an order has been made we will provide a quote for the shipping option chosen and the expected delivery time. With certain items we will provide our recommendation for the most appropriate shipping option. Orders will be professionally packed to ensure safe arrival. Customs and import duties, or fumigation costs, if applicable, will be the responsibility of the customer. In most cases items may be insured for a small additional fee.

 

Return Policy

Customers are encouraged to ask questions about items that they are interested in and request additional photographs if necessary before making a purchase. We try to represent our products as accurately as possible in the photographs and through the description provided. If you are not satisfied that an item purchased has been accurately described or it has been damaged in transit, we will provide a full refund or a store credit with the following conditions:

  • We are notified within 5 days of receipt of the item and of your intention to return it
Damaged
  • Return of the item within 2 weeks of receipt by the same shipping method as originally used and in the original packaging where possible. Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
Undamaged
  • Return of the item in the same condition as originally sent within 2 weeks of receipt by the same shipping method as originally used and in the same packaging where possible. Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

A refund of the purchase price will be made or a store credit issued as soon the returned item is received by us.
